Sub-Processors
We process customer data in data centers and Azure regions of our sub-processor, Microsoft. The Microsoft data centers are located worldwide. Upon request, Intercept can place the cloud infrastructure exclusively within the European zone. All data centers are at least ISO 27001 and SOC2 certified. Intercept will not allow new sub-processors to process data without timely notification (at least 4 weeks in advance).
Legal rights
You may ask Intercept to inspect the data stored about you. You can also request Intercept to change, move, supplement or delete this data. You can do this by contacting us via the contact form on our website, sending us an email at info@intercept.cloud, or by contacting us by telephone on +31(0)38 777 9820 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore recommended that you consult this policy regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
