The Elevate Awards recognise LogicMonitor customers and partners that are achieving measurable business and operational outcomes through AI-powered observability. Intercept received the MSP Excellence Award for building a scalable, LogicMonitor-powered managed services model that standardises monitoring across Microsoft Azure and hybrid customer environments, improves operational visibility and supports the expansion of differentiated service offerings.
