Appendix 1: Specification of personal data and data subjects
Controller may instruct Processor to process Personal Data pursuant to services to be provided which may include the following activities:
- management activities;
- data conversion activities;
- research activities;
- migration activities.
Personal Data of the Data Subjects shall hereby be processed, being (former) employees of Controller, as well as the clients and business associates of Controller.
Processor shall consequently process these Personal Data in a proper and careful manner and in accordance with the agreed obligations incumbent upon it.
