Microsoft has announced that Intercept has achieved a new Advanced Specialization "Windows Server and SQL Server Migration to Azure".
For several years, Intercept has held Azure Expert MSP status. This status is awarded to a select number of Microsoft Partners. Intercept is continuously improving its services and wants to further distinguish itself in its expertise and experience. This has resulted in achieving Advanced Specialisation - Modernisation of Web Applications.
This new status was achieved after Intercept met strict criteria in terms of certification of its employees and a proven track record. Only Microsoft partners that meet specific requirements such as having Gold Cloud Platform status and demonstrably facilitating multiple client environments using Azure are eligible.
The Microsoft Partner Network team makes the following statement regarding this Azure Advanced Specialisation:
"Only partners that meet stringent criteria around customer success and staff skilling, as well as pass a third-party audit of their migration practices, are able to earn the Windows Server and SQL Server Migration to Azure advanced specialization."
As organizations are increasingly looking at modernizing their applications and how Azure can contribute to that, they are also looking for the right certified partner to help them do so.
By working closely with Microsoft and with its software-driven customers, Intercept is in a unique position to help with this. Using the Cloud Adoption Framework, we assist in the analysis phase but also in the planning and actual migration. Organizations already working in the public Cloud but seeking further optimization and automation are also increasingly finding their way to Intercept.
"We are obviously very pleased to have achieved this new advanced Azure status. And we proudly add it to our existing Azure Expert MSP status and 7 Microsoft Gold Competencies"
Hilko Batterink (Compliance Officer, Intercept)
Corporate Vice President and One Commercial Partner at Microsoft Corp, Gavriella Schuster, added: "The Windows Server and SQL Server Migration to Microsoft Azure Advanced Specialization highlights the partners who can be viewed as most capable when it comes to migrating Windows and SQL-based workloads to the Cloud. Azure Expert MSP Intercept has clearly demonstrated that they have both the DevOps mindset, skills, and proven track record to offer software-driven companies and ISVs a path to successful migration so that they can start enjoying the benefits of being in the Azure cloud."
