Hello, my name is Cynthia, I am married and live in Kampen with my husband, 2 children (aged 6 and 4) and 2 dogs.
What will you be doing at Intercept?
As of October I will take on the role of customer care, which in short means that all phone calls and e-mails will come to me first. I will also do my best to optimize the processes in customer care! How did I end up at Intercept? Through my good friend and soon colleague!
What do you like most about your field?
I like that every day is different, no problem is the same and in this way I am challenged to learn more about the software.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my free time I spend a lot of time with my family of course, I also enjoy singing, watching series or swimming. I also enjoy going to the theater and love to experiment with makeup.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
95% of the series I watch are Asian and because of this I am slowly learning Thai, Korean, Japanese and so on. Also, I am a fan of tattoos and currently have 7, but that may just change by the time I start working at Intercept!
