Meet our new colleague: Frank Zoet

As of November 7, I will start at Intercept as a junior recruiter, where I will help Amarins recruit new staff.

Tell us a bit about your new role and how you ended up at Intercept

As of November 7, I will start at Intercept as a junior recruiter, where I will help Amarins recruit new staff. For the past two years, I worked at Teleperformance Benelux as a Learning & Development specialist, the last year I worked at a location in Suriname. After this cool adventure, like my friend, I wanted more flexibility in my work, where I could continue to develop and challenge myself. I was tipped off through Linkedin that Intercept had a great job opening!

What do you like best about your profession?

The field is relatively new to me. What appeals to me is the personal contact with the candidates. I also like that generating the right match can make an immediate impact and make both parties feel good. This makes it rewarding work.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Since I returned from Suriname, I can be found on the padel court a lot and have become quite addicted to this game. Furthermore, I am a soccer fan, I like to have a drink with friends, and I want to discover the world with my girlfriend.

Fun fact about yourself...

I have two left hands, but I do want to convert a camper with my girlfriend in the future to live in it for a while. Two years back, we previously lived in a camper van for three months in New Zealand and that was great!
